Or is it just gas like Aunt Janice says :-) Probably a little bit of both. McKenzie had a great day today, she weighed in at 5 pounds even and she is completely off all medicine, including Tylenol. She is regulating her own body heat inside of her isolette, which is a step in the right direction toward getting an open crib.
